Return & Exchange Policy

✅ Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
✅ Size Exchanges: Allowed for Kaftans, Robes, and Nightwear if the size doesn’t fit.
✅ Defective/Wrong Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

🚫 The following items are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges:

• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Change of mind (color, style preference, etc.)
• Discounted or clearance sale items

2️⃣ How to Request a Return/Exchange?

1️⃣ Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email (sales@mhsourcing.pk) within 7 days.
2️⃣ Provide your order number and clear product images.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and approve eligible exchanges/returns.
4️⃣ Ship the product to our warehouse address (customer pays return shipping).
5️⃣ Upon receiving and verifying the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 5-7 working days.

🚀 Express Exchanges in Karachi: Customers can opt for same-day exchange via courier (extra charges apply).

3️⃣ Refund Policy

✔️ Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or a return is unavoidable.
✔️ Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 working days.

4️⃣ Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers pay for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• If MH Sourcing sent a wrong or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
